Villa Decimum - Building

# Villa Decimum Exclusive Use: an Entire Residence for Your Group

An entire property at your disposal just outside Rome: 5 apartments, 5 rooms with private bathrooms, generous spaces and private on-site parking.

Welcome to Villa Decimum, an entire building that has been fully renovated and transformed into a modern, elegant and comfortable residence in the heart of Ciampino.

By booking the entire property, you can enjoy Villa Decimum exclusively with your group: the ideal solution for large families, groups of friends, wedding guests, ceremonies and events in the Castelli Romani area, as well as organized groups and stays requiring multiple rooms and beds without sacrificing privacy.

Here, everyone can stay together without necessarily having to share the same space. Each guest can retreat to their own apartment or room and meet the rest of the group in the shared areas: a particularly convenient arrangement when traveling with a large party.

### One Villa, Many Independent Spaces

Villa Decimum consists of 5 apartments and 5 rooms, all located within the same property.

All 5 rooms have private bathrooms:

• 4 double rooms
• 1 triple room with a king-size bed and a single bed

Some rooms also feature a balcony.

The 5 apartments offer even greater independence and the convenience of having a private kitchen.

Four apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests each, with a double bed and a double sofa bed.

The largest apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with two double beds and a double sofa bed.

Villa Decimum can therefore accommodate up to 33 guests in total, allowing even large groups to stay together in one location.

### The Pleasure of Waking Up Together at Villa Decimum

Imagine the morning of a wedding: the aroma of the first Nespresso coffee of the day, friends and family getting ready in their own rooms, some enjoying breakfast while others head downstairs to the cars — and, finally, no need to split your guests between different hotels.

Or imagine returning after a long day spent between Rome and the Castelli Romani: the peaceful atmosphere of the property, a refreshing shower, something to prepare in the kitchen and the chance to spend time together before everyone retreats to the privacy of their own accommodation.

This is what makes Villa Decimum truly special: experiencing the journey together while still enjoying your own private space.

### Comfort and Amenities

The entire property has been fully renovated in a modern and elegant style and offers all the comforts required for both short and longer stays.

Depending on the accommodation, guests will find:

• fully equipped kitchens in the apartments
• a shared kitchen available to guests staying in the rooms
• private bathrooms
• king-size beds
• Smart TVs
• Wi-Fi
• air conditioning
• Nespresso coffee machines
• washing machines in the apartments
• balconies and outdoor spaces in selected units

Another major advantage for groups traveling by car is our private gated on-site parking, with space for up to 6 vehicles, available upon reservation.

### Perfect for Weddings, Celebrations and Groups

Villa Decimum is particularly suitable for guests attending weddings, receptions and celebrations in the Castelli Romani area.

Families and groups of wedding guests can stay together in the same property, organize transportation more easily and have one convenient base before and after the event.

Upon request, we can also assist you in arranging transfers and personalized services, particularly useful when your entire group needs to travel together to an event venue, an airport or central Rome.

Our concierge service is available 7 days a week and can also assist with transfers, experiences, tours, tickets and other additional services.

### Rome Just 12 Minutes Away by Train

Villa Decimum combines the peace and convenience of a large private property with exceptionally easy connections to Rome.

Ciampino train station is just 300 meters away, allowing you to reach Rome Termini in approximately 12 minutes.

This makes Villa Decimum particularly convenient for groups wishing to combine days exploring Rome's historic center with events, celebrations and visits to the Castelli Romani.
