To access the property, guests must complete the online check-in required for registration with the competent authorities, sign the rental agreement (if requested), provide a security deposit (if applicable), and pay the tourist tax (if applicable). Otherwise, access to the property will not be granted, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
